tBBR Adoption Survey
The Breakfast Bunch Rattery - Adoption Survey
tBBR Adoption Survey
(Please keep in mind that filling out this form is a must before any adoption is considered. This
is to help protect the health and well being of the babies born and raised at tBBR. Sometimes
based on these questions and answers provided, an adoption can and will be denied. If there
is room for improvement, I will inform you of what could or should be done and instruct you on
how to make your new ratties life as good as possible! Please do not take any offense to
anything suggested or recommended, this is only to benefit the rats, and they will depend on
you! Please continue with the survey and e-mail with questions, if any!)
