Saffy and Arthur became parents on August 14th, which was already a very special day in itself.
Saffy waited all day for me to get home and then freaked me out when I did. She didn't have a nest
built, and she was just sitting on the ledge in her cage and looked like she was spotting. I picked
her up, and started to worry. I guess she laughed at me, because she then started giving birth not
10 minutes later, and had 14 babies in an hour and a half. I have never seen a delivery so fast!
Mom and babies are doing wonderful, all babies have been filled with milk since day one! All
babies are dumbo and carry dwarf.

Babies will be available for pick up before or after the September 27th RatsPacNW show in Port
Orchard. There will be babies available, e-mail the adoption survey to reserve a baby!
